Crossroads Care Kent offers safe, social, and stimulating Clubs for people with a variety of health needs. These sessions promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. The clubs also provide carers with a much-needed break, ensuring their loved ones are in good hands.

COGS Clubs cater to individuals with mild to moderate dementia. The structured activities are based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, proven to help maintain cognitive function and improve well-being.
Times and Dates:
- Wednesdays: Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Thursdays: Leybourne, West Malling, 10 AM - 3 PM-
Hub Clubs are designed to offer individuals a social club environment with structured activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
Times and Dates:
Mondays (COGS focused): Wateringbury, 10 AM - 3 PM
Tuesdays and Fridays: Wateringbury, 10 AM - 3 PM-
Both COGS and Hub Clubs offer carers essential time to rest while their loved ones participate in meaningful, engaging activities in a safe, supportive environment.

All sessions include a light lunch and refreshments, ensuring that participants enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling experience.

COGS Clubs are based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy principles, the only non-drug intervention recommended by NICE for dementia. Activities such as music, games and puzzles can help with memory, thinking skills and concentration.

Each COGS session is limited to 12 participants, offering the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other as part of the group.

COGS Clubs are for people living with mild to moderate dementia, who are happy to take part in cognitive stimulation activities and games . Our Hub Clubs welcome people with a variety of health conditions, the Monday Dementia Hub Club being specifically for those living with dementia.

COGS Clubs offer activities based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, including quizzes, music, games and puzzles. Hub Clubs offer similar activities, based around what the group would like to do. All groups are a good opportunity for social interaction in a fun, friendly environment.

Group members benefit from meeting with other members of the group, and taking part in the activities offered. The social element promotes a sense of well being and fun in a relaxed environment. Carers also benefit by having a few hours to themselves, for taking a much needed break, or getting things done without worrying about their Caring role.
