Who is the Paid Services for?
Our paid care is available to anyone who needs support at home — including those who do not qualify for funded services, people recovering from surgery or hospital discharge, and families who need additional or flexible care beyond what funded services provide.
How do I book?
Call us on 01622 816320 to discuss your needs. We'll talk through what support you're looking for and arrange an initial assessment to agree a care plan.
What is the minimum booking length?
All paid care visits are a minimum of 2 hours.
What are your hourly rates?
- £23.50 — Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm
- £26.50 — Monday to Friday evenings and nights (8pm–8am)
- £31.50 — Weekends, weekend nights, and bank holidays
Is 24/7 care available?
Yes, subject to staff availability. We can cover daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend care. Please call us to discuss your specific requirements.
What type of care can your staff provide?
Our support workers can help with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), medication prompting, preparing meals and drinks, light domestic duties, companionship, mobility support, and overnight care.
Are your staff qualified and regulated?
Yes. Crossroads Care Kent is CQC registered and all staff are fully trained and experienced in delivering safe, compassionate care.
Can you help with care after leaving hospital?
Yes. We offer post-hospital and post-surgery support to help people transition back home safely, with as much or as little support as needed during recovery.
Do you provide end of life care?
Yes. We provide compassionate end of life care in the comfort of your own home, supporting both the individual and their family during this important time.
