Macmillan Crossroads Volunteer Service offers 12-week placements to support people living with cancer and their carers, providing invaluable companionship, help and support.
Our Urgent Care Team provides a rapid response service to support carers and prevent the breakdown of a caring situation, which could otherwise lead to a hospital, hospice, or care home admission.
Our Young Carers Service supports individuals under 18 (up to 21 if required) to care for family members with disabilities, illnesses, mental health conditions, or substance abuse challenges.
