Short Breaks
Crossroads offers free essential respite care for unpaid carers, providing them with a regular weekly break of up to 3 hours for a 6 months period with trained support workers.
Paid Services
Flexible care in your home. Personalised, professional care in the comfort of your own home—tailored to your needs.
Crossroads Clubs
Crossroads Care Kent offers safe, social, and stimulating Clubs for people with a variety of health needs. These sessions promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. The clubs also provide carers with a much-needed break, ensuring their loved ones are in good hands.
Urgent Care
Our Urgent Care Team provides a rapid response service to support carers and prevent the breakdown of a caring situation, which could otherwise lead to a hospital, hospice, or care home admission.
Young Carers
We support young carers aged 5-18 who care for a family member with a physical or mental illness, disability, or substance misuse issue. Our service provides emotional support, respite activities, and practical help.
Volunteer Service
After 14 years of Macmillan funding, Crossroads Care Kent’s support service will end on 31st July 2026—but with your donations and fundraising, we’re determined to keep it running
Give a carer the break they deserve
Caring for a loved one is rewarding, but it can be exhausting. Your donation helps unpaid carers across Kent take a breath, recharge, and get the support they need to keep going.
Your impact:
- £5/month covers refreshments and snacks for a young carer in our clubs all year — helping them feel welcomed and cared for
- £15/month covers a volunteer driver's expenses for 100 miles, helping a carer get to vital health appointments
- £25/month gives an unpaid carer regular one-to-one respite support — time to rest and recharge
- £50/month helps us support carers in crisis with urgent overnight care when they need it most
Your donations are in safe hands — we are regulated and independently audited. Learn about our governance

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
